A drawing or the original part is all we need
Whether it is a new part for your series or a spare part that is no longer available: we need either a drawing or the original part. The plant makes the patterns in-house.
You have a drawing
Send us a 2D drawing or 3D model, for example as PDF, DXF or STEP. We check material, tolerances and machining with the plant before you receive a quotation.
You only have the original part
Photos with the main dimensions are often enough for a first assessment. For production, the part is measured, including with a coordinate measuring machine. We agree dimensions, fits and worn areas with you before the pattern is made.

Parts are made at our partner plant in Thailand, a family-owned company with its own melting shop, in-house pattern making and CNC machining. The plant was founded in 2005 and is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

Beyond the plant
If needed, we also source other machined and bought-in parts to drawing. We are also building a network of suitable manufacturers in China, so that you can receive comparison quotes depending on the part.
Pulleys and drive components
Alongside parts made to your drawing, we offer our own product line: belt pulleys in various designs and sizes, single and multi-groove, also as combinations of several diameters or with a bolt-on flange.
Besides standard designs, we check custom requirements such as bore, keyway, number of grooves or groove profile.

You send a drawing, the original part or photos, together with material, quantity and required date.

Feasibility and cost estimate
We check production with the plant and send you a transparent cost estimate, with pattern, unit price, inspections, freight and our fee listed separately.

Free samples
The plant makes the pattern and produces samples, which you receive free of charge for approval. If something is not right, we rework them until they meet the agreed requirements.

Production and inspection
We follow production from a materials engineering perspective and check measurement reports and material data. On request, an accredited independent laboratory in Germany also tests material, hardness and dimensions.

Delivery
By sea or air freight, through a freight forwarder to your goods receipt. For regular demand, stock can be held at a logistics provider in Germany.

Support
You discuss questions and complaints directly with us, in German or English. We work through causes and corrective actions with the plant.

Frequently asked questions
From what quantity is an inquiry worthwhile?
We produce from small batches to series. New parts require a one-off pattern; the cost estimate shows how this affects the unit price.
What do samples cost?
Nothing. You receive samples free of charge in advance. If a sample does not meet the agreed requirements, we rework it free of charge until it does.
How transparent is your quotation?
Completely. You receive a cost estimate in advance that lists pattern, unit price, inspections, freight and our fee separately.
Are you based in Germany? Can we meet?
Yes. Your contact is based in Germany and visits your plant or office free of charge to agree the task and process with you in person.
There is no drawing any more, only the old part. Is that possible?
Yes. Start by sending photos with the main dimensions. For production, the original part is measured and we agree the dimensions with you before the pattern is made.
How long does delivery take?
The plant confirms the production time for each order; for new parts, pattern making and sample approval come on top. For transport, you choose between sea and air freight.
What quality documentation do I receive?
Measurement and material records as agreed. On request, an accredited independent laboratory in Germany also tests material, hardness and dimensions; you receive the reports with the delivery.
How are customs duties and import VAT handled?
A freight forwarder handles transport and customs clearance to your goods receipt. Customs duties and import VAT are shown in the cost estimate as an estimated item.
