2. Overview

We process personal data only as far as this is necessary to operate this website and to handle your inquiries. This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services and does not embed content from third parties. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, IONOS automatically processes information transmitted by your browser:

• referrer (previously visited page)
• requested page or file
• browser type and version
• operating system and device type
• time of access
• IP address in anonymised form

This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in a secure and functioning website. According to IONOS, the data is anonymised when it is collected, stored for eight weeks and not passed on to third parties. IONOS processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

5. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as name, company, contact details and the content of your inquiry including drawings and photos, in order to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in answering inquiries.

For feasibility checks, quotations and production, we pass technical documents to our partner plant in Thailand and, where applicable, to manufacturers in China. We only transfer personal data in this context where this is necessary to handle your inquiry or to perform the order (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for Thailand or China.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited also processes your data; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. If you want to avoid this, please use email or phone.

We delete your data once your inquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations, for example under commercial and tax law, require otherwise.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Please use the contact details above.

Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
